Pauillac
Pauillac fine wines' selection : The land of Pauillac can be regarded as the most homogeneous Medoc’s land. Pauillac is, undoubtedly, the capital of Medoc. The Pauillac’s appellation merges many “grands crus”, such as: Mouton-Rothschild, Latour or Lafite-Rothschild.The vineyard of Pauillac (1 100 hectares) is located in the Medoc’s area (13 800 hectares). It is located on the North-West of Bordeaux on the Gironde’s estuary. It is placed between two other Medoc famous appellations, Saint-Estèphe on the North and Saint-Julien on the South. The area of Pauillac is divided into two parts, separated by a little stream, “le chenal de Gahet”. On the North, lies the plateau of Pouyalet and on the South, the Saint-Lambert one.
