Laroche
Since 1850 Laroche’s family has been producing wines of Chablis. Today, Michel Laroche, 5th generation, keeps going with the tradition. The vineyards of Domaine Laroche moved from 6 hectares in 1960 up to more than 100 today. Chablis, exceptional chalky soil, combines a good draining thanks to the small stones, a sufficient water reserve with its clay subsoil and a good sun exposure. These 3 conditions are necessary to produce great wines, elaborated from Chardonnay, king of grape of Chablis. The wines of Chablis from the Domaine Laroche reflect the expression of their soil. This close collaboration with the nature allows the domaine Laroche to propose fine wines, mineral and refreshing.
