The cognacs Camus are recognized through the world for their richness and traditional taste. The Camus’s house is one of the largest owners of the Borderies, an area of production. This is the smallest and most unusual Cognac areas. Its soil gives a very floral brandy. The house was founded in 1863 by Jean-Baptiste Camus, independent grower, then four generations had succeed to the home head. Camus’s cognac was the official cognac of the Czar’s court in the nineteenth century. On top, since the mid-twentieth century, this house was also known for its presentations gifts and exclusive collections, which were proposed to businessmen and collectors. Camus’s products are grouped into four categories: the elegance range (with the famous cognac Jubilee), the Borderies range (exclusively issue from the Borderies’s area), the Ile de Ré Fine Island range and the very rare cognacs (vintage cognacs).
